This layout has the hard to find quad bunk option in the rear, great for large families. The bottom bunks can be converted into a large king bed. Master features an upgraded DreamCloud queen mattress. Very large cargo capacity for golf carts, ATVs, Kayaks, etc. Easy open rear gate converts into spacious patio with Magnetic Screen Door. The Kitchen has a 3 Burner Cooktop, Microwave and Large Capacity Refrigerator. Camper has a large Shower with heated water. Tablet Compatible USB Ports in Bedroom and Bunks. The 30 Amp Service provides Air Conditioning in the Summer and Heater in the Winter. There is also a Built-In Electric Fireplace with 5k BTU Heater. Two Televisions are included with Digital Antenna. Rental price includes up to one bottle of propane, plenty for up to a week long rental even running heat in the winter. Freshly cleaned fitted bed sheet will be supplied on the master bed. All other bedding needs to be provided by the renter.
